stored for a week and lame

    Hey guys,

I stored her for 7 days in a shaded parking lot. When I started her, I had to prime the empty carbs.
It was hardly starting, slowing down slugishly as I release the clutch, going Low rpms.
It went better with time, but I dropped from my all-time 28mpg (I know it's awful but that's not - repeat not the subject since I did/re-did everything to the book) to an even worse 20mpg.
    Any ideas?

    thanks a million

That is pitiful milesge- i'm sending an email to governor Brown!
how about checking to make sure it's firing on all four? Check header temp, check spark plugs, etc
How about reviewing maintanance tips from Basscliff in case you missed something?

I would guess the evaporated gas has left behind deposits that have partially clogged the carbs.
Any chance a mouse found a new home in your airbox while the bike was sitting?

        Thanks guys, awesome Tom.
Brutal loss of mileage was indeed misfire.
Spark plugs cleaning did the trick.
They got gunky over a week I guess.
she coughed some crap and now back to my good old Rhonda.
