Put your bike/model/year in your signature. How did this happen?
Did you check alignment of rear wheel/sprocket?

Proper chain tension? 20-30 mm of movement at the center point of the chain between the sprockets?

Might seem obvious but are the new chain and sprockets all the same pitch? 530? 520? 630?

Good question. We had a set come off ebay at the shop I work at, that had the wrong manufacture make for the front sprocket. Right size, but wrong shaft hole and splines, so a goof is possible. Humans do make mistakes.
