    these pistons look stock to you?

    says it's a 78 GS1000 ... my 79 had more rounded tops on the domes... like this
    1980 GS1000G - The Beast - GOING... GOING... yup, it's gone. I'm bikeless !!! GAaaahh !!!
    1978 KZ1000C1 Police - GONE !
    1983 GPZ750, aka ZX750A1 - restored, fresh paint... Gave it back, it was a loaner !!!

    No - They're higher compression plus not running a second ring. Could possibly be period Yosh racekit ones IMO.

      It looks like piston number three does have three rings??

      My guess is, that you have Wiseco pistons. I'm thinking it's 73mm or maybe 73.5mm wide...
