I have ordered reproduction jets and needle jet P-0 from japan, currently waiting for mail to come. I suspect mechanical wear on some parts in carbys especially needle and jet needle. Today I removed cylinder head cover to do valve adjustment cause I heard few knocking very hard. Few are almost stiff in there - less than 0.05mm few are 0.10. But I have noticed something else. I have set mark T on advance governor aligned with crankcase but... Camshafts have cuts that should go with gasket surface completely parallel when in this position. Thing is... They are off there, not parallel. So I am suspecting that camshafts might be badly alligned and maybe fuel consuption problem lies there.
I just wonder if misaligned camshafts could lead to radiculous fuel consuption.
I'll post a pic of it here tomorrow now I cannot get back to the garage.
