After replacing the stock airbox with air pod filters the hose that went from the engine camshaft cover has no where to go. Should i plug it ? Put a vent filter on it ?

Never plug it, unless you want crankshaft seal failure.
Either run a pipe from it to the end of the swingarm, or utilise a catch tank to be more environmentally friendly.Dave
