Piston question
Can anyone tell my why does most of the O.E.M. pistons from Japan have ART cast into the underside of them????? And I have seen it a lot. Asked the question in the past and could not really get a definite answer from people in the industry for years.Still wondering.....

Yes, the manufacturer. A very nice cast piston. Now we are seeing chinese copies as big bores. They look just like an ART, but don't say ART and the dimensions are off.Comment
