If you are or know someone who is into sewing or quilting, why not get a seat cozy made.. some elastic cord and hooks, and you're all set...

I use a towel long enough to tuck under the ends of the seat so the wind won't blow it off. The towel comes in handy to wipe the seat dry after a rain shower, too.
