    Photoshop me! Justin Caise?

    I need some help.

I want to see how this fairing:

    Will look on this bike:

    Or on this bike:

And if you could make the fairing orange on Bruce's bike, (The black one) that'd be awesome!

I'm planning on putting a GS1150 fairing on my GS1000

despite the fact that I really don't think this bike should have a fairing, here is a quick attempt on one of them (making it orange really screwed with the artifacting in the image, so I kept it blue - you'll have to imagine it).

      Thanks Ishmael.
Do you figure that's about right, scale and all? I don't know if I'll put it on if it's that big.

This is my attempt posted on the other thread... didn't see this one. Scale must be pretty close as I did it so the existing headlight was a touch smaller than the front of the fairing.

I don't do orange either (too much work to put the highlights etc back in)

          Don't do it!

That fairing just looks wrong on that bike.

Yeah. I admit. It doesn'tlook as good as I thought it would.

Billy, just make it look like an "S". Thats what I'm doing right now.
Mine is going to be a "what if" like my 550.
So, what do you think a 78 1000S would have looked like?

Sorry I couldn;t do this yet. The boss/wife/kids have me strapped. I will give it a try tonight.

Well, I finally got a little time anyway.
I didn't do any better than Ishamael or Salty Monk with the Renobruceskunk photo so I trashed it and fucused on others (cheated a little also by downloading one from the net.)

                    O.K. Now squint.

Please excuse the damage to the car in this photochop - it was entirely intentional .

sorry for size diff also. (Sleeeeeeeep now.)

Please be aware that in all the photoshop attempts the "1150" fairing is out of scale, the side panels of the fairing are the same height as the cylinder block and head of 1000/1100 motor.
