It still neds some work. I cut down the stock seat pan and I still have some cutting to do before I screw the new seat to the old pan. What do y'all think?

Thanks as you can see from pic three I need to cut down the back of the pan so the pad lays flat.

Certainly looks very comfortable -- like you could do 600 miles at a stretch, no worries.
