Samsonite Luggage

My '80 GS 850 came with the 3 piece hard luggage set.
I am not a touring bike rider , I removed the whole rack system.
Is there a way to rejuvenate the finish of the hard side bags ?
The gray is pretty sun faded.

I'll have to check with an upholstery shop .
I may use them in the future so I figured it wouldn't hurt to make them presentable.
I know the set is probably worth more than I paid for the bike.

I envy you. I have a set on my CB900 that I just sold. I should have taken them off and kept them for myself.

Mine weren't in that bad of shape when I got them. The owner had kept them in his garage. I gave them a good cleaning and then hit them with Armour All each season and they shined up nicely.

I did replace the plastic strap that is supposed to hold each bag's handles so they don't rattle around. I used black webbing belt and fabricated two for strapes for the handle on each bag.

The previous owner stored the bike outside.
The bags are in good shape, just discolored.
