Not much to look at, but it works. Used turn signals from a Ninja 750. Still large enough to be seen, but I think they really have a cleaner look. Seat was recovered by a local auto upholsterer. I had him copy the look of a Corbin. Came out really nice, comfy too.

Bracket I made to hold Works Performance rear shock rez.

Bars from Honda NSR400. Lower than stock & I like it that way.

Adapters I made for mounting B12 calipers. Plus EBC Prolite rotors all around.

      Enjoy.

        Not Finished, but Close!

Here is my 82 GS650GL. This bike has a pretty well documented build here...

2 years (so far) in the making.

Whats the front end on your bike. It almost looks like a wide glide.

Billy what year front end is that on your ES? I like that and might do that to my 700E. Did it help with the handling any? Braking? Or was it just for looks? I like it either way.

This sketch is where I've decided to head. This will be the first major reno in the 19 years I've had this 650.

It's a '95 GSXR750 fork in CBR954 triples. The reason for the Honda triple is because the top triple on the 954 is stepped down bout 3/4" so you gain a little ground clearance. I used to have an '88 GSXR front end on it which improved handling and stopping power tremendously. The new front end really didn't improve handling much but I picked up ground clearance. The rotors are PFM iron rotors.

Here's how it looked with the '88 front end.

believe or not but the front fork is original suzuki gs 550 but i put the new massive fork holder made from aluminium. they are wider than original so i also put distance between wheels.
