I am getting rid of my fairing on my 1981 gs1000gl. will the fork emblem from a 79 gs550 fit my forks?.. if not.. anyone know where to find one that will? Thanks in advance

haha... yeah... Well i didn't know what it was called. Thats what the ebay item was. " fork emblem from 79 gs....." any way... im looking for the bar that goes across the forks. under the headlight, has two little reflectors on it(one on each side.)Comment

Check ebay. MIGHT have one from an 80 750 but i dont think it will work as they had slightly different forks.Comment
