Screw and bolt extractor. I did like mottyl once and cut a slot with a dremel to use a flat screwdriver on.

I'll give it a try, they are not budging..

Rear Caliper

Put the rear caliper back together this eve, not to flashy, I was unsure but I kinda like it. Polished up the hardware and banjos...

Been trying all week to remove the screws from the lid of the front master cylinder without stripping them. Anyone have any suggestions other than buying a new one.

Put some valve grinding compound into the head of the screw before putting your screwdriver in. The compound will help the screwdriver "bite".

That long already, it seems like it was just a month ago. I guess for you it seems like ages.

Tore down the right front caliper, looked pretty good no pitting at all on the piston or the cylinder. Just cleaned them up real good, greased the pins and put them back on. Leaving them black.

Nice color on the calipers. Are they metallic? Kind of hard to tell in the pic.
