Got the Vortex Sprocket today and polished up the hub, went with the stock 530 43 tooth stock set up.

Guest repliedShould have the carbs back next week, went with a stage three jet kit (thanks Chef!!) and K&N pods. Picked up this Vance & Hines 4/1 exhaust a few months back on Ebay (new in its original box..Thanks Ed!!) Can't wait to hear it!!

What kind of deal did you work out with Reproduction Decals on getting the vinyl done? They don't have anything for the 83 GS750ES either, I've been throwing around the idea of trying to find a willing owner of a nice one to send their stuff to Reproduction Decals to get something made for that bike.
Again nice work so far, can't wait to see it done.

Got the swingarm and brake stay back from the powder coater, had the rear tire mounted, waiting on the rear sprocket..

Tore off the carbs and the airbox, just an FYI ..I had to cut the box up to remove it ( you were correct Mr Rapid Ray ). Removed all the engine covers for polishing
