      Dee, was there any other hardware or installation instructions?

        There was a spanner for the preload, i looked all over and couldn't find it. If i do find it at a later date i'll let you know and send it to you. No instructions either, just bolts in like the stocker. piston shaft/dampening adjustment side down.

            I've found those adjustments are never accessible while on the bike, and once it's off it's easy enough to throw it in the vice and use some large pliers to adjust it.
