Thanks for the compliments. I would be interested in doing your frame for you. Let me know and maybe we could work something out.Comment

Have you fired the light yet? Curious about the pattern of the beam since it's mounted side ways. Looks cool don't get me wrong , just curious.Comment

No I have not got that far yet. I am currently trying to find the easiest way to turn the light mounts back horizontal again. That way the light would still have angle adjustment to it.Comment

Yes it is. On another note I put the headlight back together to try and work out my problems with the light. Turns out I do not have an issue with adjustment, it works fine and in the right direction. There is a tab on the light and the housing plus 3 clips. With the clips installed I was able to move the light to face it's natural position and bypass the tabs totally. The clips are strong enough that the light doesn't move at all. Problems solved, oh wait the bulb is no good. Glad I only gave $10 for the light. Anybody got a light?Comment

Put the battery box in it's new home. Some finish welding and a brace on the underside and she is all done.

Tractor Supply chain tensioner for a 4-wheeler. Spring is from Lowe's. Mounted it to the backside of the foot peg.

Here is my $20 4 into 2 exhaust. The head pipes are pitted and not in the best condition but I couldn't just get rid of it. I cut and merged the two head pipes. Then I flattened the 2" tube for a better fit on the collector. Some welding left and a bracket to support the pipe. I plan on paint or powdercoat and exhaust wrap on those ugly head pipes. I have not figured out how I am going to finish off the tips.

This is a totally sweet project, props for the fabrication skills!
The only question I have is how do you actually aim your headlight so it's functional for night-time visibility of the road ahead of you, without blinding oncoming traffic, or the beam being too low and not being able to see far enough ahead?

The headlight still has it's adjustability and should handle those tasks. I will know for sure when I get it going. This is a totally sweet project, props for the fabrication skills!
