Anybody know a good paint to redo the black parts on the rims?

Duplicolor has some great stuff straight out of the rattle cans.

I think I'm going to try appliance epoxy paint. This some hard paint.

If you have a marine parts dealer nearby, go get some Mercury/Mercruiser Phantom Black...extremely shiney and durable, and there's a clear "leveler" product as well ,that can be put on top to priotect the high-gloss.
