Hello all. I have a question concerning a seat swap on my 1980 gs850gl. I recently cut the foam of the L seat and made a cover in order to go with that cafe racer look. I've decided that i might like to instead change over to the sportier g seat and tail piece. So my question is (maybe a silly question) will the g seat and tail piece go straight on my bike without any modifications or are the brackets different? and if they will what other seats would fit on there? possibly the 1000? thanks in advance for your responses.

I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message.
