new bars put mirrors at 45* angle

can anybody reccommend a good set of emgo mirrors that go at say a 90* angle or are designed for a more level handle bar like the daytona bars? The old mirrors were suzuki and they fit the mini ape hanger things.. i am looking for the type to screw into my factory ones. So can anybody help me out?

The answer is something like this...

Those are Emgos, BTW....They were OK, but I replaced them with Napoleons recently.

              Right here, post number 3

1980 GS850G; I need to extend my mirror with a straight bolt and the mirror extenders I've found so far are not straight or are not long enough. I found this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SHOCK-EXTENSION-SET-10mm-1-5-LEVELING-LIFT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33585QQihZ002QQitemZ120248778951QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW)on ebay and

I agree that the are ODD looking.......but I installed them on my GS550EF and they work the best of all the mirrors I've used so far!

Looks vs. Safety is not worth the compromise......SAFETY wins!!

I bought my emgo mirrors from Dennis Kirk. They have 6 inch stems instead of the standard 4 inch stems. I can see around my shoulders now with mirrors mounted in the stock location.

Just about any aftermarket UJM mirror will work, just make sure that you dont get any designed for a Yamahahaha, they used a reverse thread on one side of the bars. I think they'll generally specify that in their adverts tho..
