Where can I find longer clutch & throttle cables?

I'm looking to switch my bars for mini apes (10" rise) but was told by the guy at a local shop that the only way to get longer cables for old Suks is to make them (and said a guy just did that and paid him $300 for cables). Not likely.

    Any suggestions?
