Just noticed bird crap on my new chrome header tried to clean it with soap and water and just a little chrome cleaner, did not come off all the way any advice before I get the grinder on it(joking)?It got baked on the last ride and didnt see it for a few hours

triple 000 or 0000 steel wool will do it for sure and it will not scratch the chrome. Make sur eits 000 or 0000 steel wool anything less may scratch.
This works great for boot scuffs on pipes etc,.

Before you use any steel wool, try some soap/water and balled up aluminum foil. The foil is softer than the steel wool. I did this to my fork tubes and they cleaned up really nice.
