    Peek polish

    Hi Folks:

Had masively blued and yellowed pipes due to an incident with a choke cable

tried some polishes but they barely made difference

found a new to me product call Peek which is a nice creamy paste polish without discernible abrasives ( unlike solvolene Autosol which is what I was actually looking for )

anyway it cleans quickly and removes bluing all at about 12 bucks for 100 Ml\3.93 oz.

its made in Canada no less which is nothing short of amazing

I tried to do a before and after photo but chrome just does not photograph well enough to show the difference.

Available at canadian Tire and insanely it is shelved among household cleaners not in the automotive section.

They have a website here http://www.tripeek.com/

Thanks, hadn't come across this product before....currently have zero chrome on the bike (except the headlight ring), but it may be just the thing, to clean the new SS Supertrapp. Since peeking at the Queen's pipes doesn't pique my (or anyone's I hope!) interest, we'll take her word for it.

We use this all the time whee I work (Aircraft tech).
Its great stuff. Come in a can and tube form, and works good on all metals.
