    You still only need ONE cable on the CV carbs that refeicul has.

    Also, if you are going through Motion Pro, are you getting real OEM cables or Motion Pro's equivalent?

    There seems to be an advantage to the OEM cables in ease of use and longevity.

        Exactly the way I like to ride. Sounds to me like you need to find a nice 850 GL......

            ya i thought that back when i was reading up when i got the G... now i have 2 G's saw a bunch of them for sale on craigslist recently when scouting for GS parts. sigh if i only had more money

                    Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but it seems a good place to ask a question.
                    I looked at the risers that Steve linked to on the first page. Thanks Steve.
                    Will the 30mm (1.2") risers restrict access to the ignition switch?
                    It sure seems like a 3" riser would.

                        Why would you buy the Motion Pro crap when you can have OEM for almost the same money?
