Thanks to all !
Got everything together and it looks much better and I'm sure will make disasembly less troublesome.

All except that one pesky stripped phillips head on the bottom of the sprocket cover Grrrr.
I'll peck away at it, if need be I'll grind the head off, drill it out and chase the threads or redrill and tap.

Don't grind the head off until you've tried cutting a slot with a dremel (or similar) and tried an impact driver with a slotted bit in it.

I got one for my 1000 and it had all the side cover bolt and the valve cover also. Curious, I've ordered a few things from them and nairy a hickup.
