That's the issue with the ones I was looking at. I'd prefer an adjustable bolt so as not to need to alter the bracket.Comment

There's a link to Ken Sean mirrors on the Dennis Kirk store in the most recent thread in "Old Technical Stuff", aptly named "GS1000S mirrors".
https://www.denniskirk.com/ken-sean/...prd/391081.sku
There are 2 very subtle variations of the same mirror - one, as shown on the link, has a hole in the moulding up near the glass, and one that doesn't have the hole. I've fitted the non-hole version to my 1000S and they look pretty good. No vibration, and the mounting holes fit the 1000S brackets without any mods. I searched high and low to find mirrors that a)looked as close as possible, and b)didn't require any butchering of the fairing brackets.
The previous owner had fitted early GSXR mirrors, where the mounting stud is moulded into the mirror. That requires the thread holes in the fairing brackets to be drilled oversize. I had to fit helicoils to undo the damage done.Comment

^^^I saw those in my search. I really don't like the stems on them, but at that price, I may go for it anyway. Thanks for confirming they'll fit!Comment
