Neither. There is a place in Thailand that sells (via ebay) a replica of the original Suzuki cover. There is a long thread in the archives by someone that sent their original cover to them for replication. The search feature will turn up the particulars.Ed

Pit Replica makes pretty good seat covers.
I have one on my GS1000 and it's top quality.
Here's one for the '82 GS1100E.

Thanks, guys. The Pit Replica seat on ebay looks nice, but it's $25 more than I can get the American made Sargents or Saddlemen covers.
The other ebay source Mac MC Seat Covers does not show one for the 1982 GS1100e. I think this is the first year they added the big lip section to the front of the seat.Comment
