im looking for a lower set of handle bars for my 82 450t... and after browsing around here i think ill go with superbike bars... my question is, is that going to be to low. i dont want to mess with rear sets or anything like. but i still need to be able to ride this for 2-3 hours at times and be comfortable what do you guys thinkTags: None

It's a matter of personal preference. Only you can judge.
Daytona bars are popular here. A couple of inches taller than Superbike bars.Ed
To measure is to know.

That should work as long as they are not narrow.
I am fresh out of mid/high rise chrome bars and my '78 is borrowing some black bars for the time being.

Hi Ty, they are both pretty mild bars and as mentioned earlier its a very personal thing when setting up handle-bars and deeming what is comfortable. When its time for me to cover some big miles it can involve 10 to 12 hour riding each day for a few days and I find the clip-on bars on the Kat are fine however, clip-on bars are not everyone's idea of comfort, cheers.Originally posted by TyFerris View Postim looking for a lower set of handle bars for my 82 450t... and after browsing around here i think ill go with superbike bars... my question is, is that going to be to low. i dont want to mess with rear sets or anything like. but i still need to be able to ride this for 2-3 hours at times and be comfortable what do you guys thinkBadgezz, we don need noh stinkin' badgezz!
