Does anybody know exactly color codes (RAL codes?) for bike like this

I do quality control for powder coating. Its really hard to tell from the pic. If the black is semi gloss its Ral 9005 but I don't know gloss off the top of my head. The red "could" be ral 3011, but I'm not confident in that. I think 3011 is too dark. If you're looking for a specific color let me know and i can get you the code from my chart but its really hard to guess especially from a picture. I'll subscribe so I danger the email. Just let me know. -
