    Aftermarket flyscreen?

Any body found a good after market flyscreen that easily bolts on?

Maybe something that looks like this?

Got this one off eBay, but it is for an 8" headlight.

That's sweet. Not having any luck with the search function. Is this in your build thread?

Thanks mate, and yeah it is, although my thread can get a bit hard to navigate through as it's way too long and I ramble and rave far too much...

Start at post #2107 3rd April this year, and it goes from there. There are some pages of crap in between bits of the work though...

I'm actually thinking of breaking some of my individual bits like that and my dash etc. out into their own threads in the relevant areas of the forum to make it easier...

                  Hi,

I use a "deflector" size on my bike. Click the thumbnail in my sig if you want to see.

I would suggest doing a little shopping around National Cycle, Maier, and Slipstreamer websites and see if you find anything you like. Dennis Kirk and J.C. Whitney also sell (or re-sell) flyscreens.

                  Thank you for your indulgence,

                  BassCliff

I ended up removing my flyscreen, since once I had it on the bike I realized
it didn't really seem to match, style-wise, I guess.

I still have a viper cafe fairing in the box, but I don't know if I'm gonna us it, either. Maybe I'll leave it naked for now!
When I got the GS 1000 it had a Maier fairing that was cracked.

Below is a pick of the viper fairing on an ebay auction.

The prophetic and mythical BassCliff! This is the first time you have ever posted on one of my threads! I am so excited! Ha what a random one off thread for you to post on to.

Thanks I'll have to look into some of those places. I had checked National Cycle but not the others.
