Tank Dent Repair

Weedo2...that dent is nasty being so sharp. The glue idea is probably not going to work for you, but if you try, make sure you start at the edges and work your way inward.

Thanks, I've toyed with the idea of trying to find another tank. I'm afraid that if I put one of those bars through the gas cap that I'll put a hole in it.

Okay. Gonna have to do this piecemeal since I'm on my phone.

Hard to tell from the pics, but a lot of the dent is pulled, leaving the remaining to be levelled with filler.

That looks fine Roadrash. If I can get the dent to that shape it will be easy to bondo. Which puller did you use, and do you have any tips for it?
