Thanks! Still has a loooong way to go - still lots of crud underneath, minor oil leaks (case halves that I'm in NO rush to tackle), dented gas tank, bad clear on the side panels at the black stripe, etc. But I'm thrilled at the transformation from a simple panel and fender change.
It's a working man's bike that has been in constant, but not as frequent I'd like use since '99. I gladly accept it's flaws. I don't see them while in motion.sigpic

Current photo of my GS700ES. When I bought her, she had only 4700 miles. I've pushed her all the way to 5300.
