    Side Leather Bag

    Super noob here, just joined, forgive me if I asked a question that was already answered just really don't know what to search. What do I need to run a setup like this in the picture, any bars? Name of this setup or bars needed? Sissy? And is this a special bag/pouch that is used or can any one be used? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's a picture.
