    Color Codes ? '83 GS850 GL

    I am planning on adding bags to my new-to-me GS850 and wanted to rattle can paint them to match the tank and side covers design and color. I have a plan for the design itself , but matching the color seems to e a bit more of a challenge...

    Any advice to lead me to affordably gaining this color you could offer is appreciated...

    Here is the bike for color reference - I need to match the BLUE..

      heard one time that some parts houses, like oreillys, that sell auto paint, can match something if you take it to them and let them scan it.

          How much was that windshield.I need one of those.mine is 83 G.PM the answer if you dont want it seen here.Thanks.

              That windshield is actually a National Cycle Plexi Star 2 listing at $219.
              It was on the bike when I bought it ...

              I am considering taking it off ...I have another windcreen I bought before I bought this bike that is Tinted Dark and this one is clear...
              I like the Dark tint for this bike better....

              I just need to figure that out...

                      When I decide I will probably make this one available for sale...
                      Of course at a reduced 'used' price although it is brand new.
