Hi everyone, there is a chap down here selling a rack claimimg it may fit a GS400. From what you know and can see in the pics will this rack fit my '79 GS400? Here is the link:

Providing there's no great different in the shock and indicator mounts between the 400 and 450 I would say yes, but I haven't a 400 in person and certainly not side by side with a 450.
From the pictures I've seen there's a good chance it will fit but that's the best I could say... -
It'll obviously bolt on at the shocks, but I would pay very close attention to the other mount comparing to your 79 GS400....a bike I don't have but I "haemadoots" looking at itComment
