    Plastic fanatasic

Do any of our experienced GS owners know of a way to bring the shine back to an old instrument cluster.
I've found a company that will replace the lens in a GS850 instrument cluster and while I had them apart I wondering if there was a good treatment on the market to bring back the semi gloss on the plastic body.
The local car detailing shop has recommended a two pack gloss arcylic spray on, but before I go down that road I was wondering if anybody else has done this before.
    thanks.

Vaseline works a treat, too. No joke. It picks up dust, but it looks fantastic if you rub it in.

Mothers Back to Black works well on faded turn signals.

Steve, that Mothers product you recommended works a treat, simply wipe on and wipe off.
but the plastic has to be clean first.
I couldn't get the product you recommended, I think they bottle it in Australia as "Naturally Black" from Mothers in a red squeeze bottle.
thanks for that, gotta go the wife just poked her head in MY shed.
        cheers.
