Is this a "non-US" paint scheme?

Just wondering if this scheme was ever available in the US. A buddy is going to paint my bike in this configuration with the colors approximated. Black with sort of a bronzish beige.

2000 GSF 1200 Bandit (totaled in deer strike)
1986 Suzuki Cavalcade GV 1400 LX (SOLD)

I find working on my motorcycle mildly therapeutic when I'm not cursing.

I might be mistaken but, I'm sure that I've seen that paint scheme and colors riding around here in the states. So, my answer is yes, it was available here in the US.

My US 1983 1100g has that scheme. I don't know about bronze beige but mine is a grey/ silver over black.

Thanks for the replies. Looking in the GSR Gallery, it seemed most of the 1100g fuel tanks were one solid color. Mine will look just like yours, Charlie, but with a slightly different color than the grey/silver. I guess the picture in the link I provided was misleading me a little.
