No. Go here http://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-motorcycle_model13053/ and try to match tank part numbers if you want. The difficulty is usually underneath.

Depends on the GS.

Not positive but i think '80-'81 GS750E tanks will fit your bike.
Not positive but i think '77-'79 GS750E or C tanks will fit your bike.

The only fuel tanks which will fit (without modification) the 77-79 GS750, are from the 77-79 GS750 OR the 79-81 GS850G. The GS850 has a different look, and larger capacity, but it will bolt straight onto your bike.
