Swaping stator cover and stator flywheel magneto

I was just wondering if a 1982 suzuki gs850 stator cover would fit a 1982 Suzuki GS1100E and would a 850 or 750 gs stator flywheel magneto fit a gs1100e

No, they are different sizes, shapes and bolt patterns.

The stator is a different size, too.

Buy parts at a low price for your snowmobile here at Alpha Sports, we carry a LARGE variety of parts and accesories.

Part fiches like the one linked above let you compare part numbers. The one linked above is a pretty good fiche but expensive for actually ordering parts.
      1983 GS 1100 Guided Laser
      1983 GS 1100 G
2000 Suzuki Intruder 1500, "Piggy Sue"
2000 GSF 1200 Bandit (totaled in deer strike)
1986 Suzuki Cavalcade GV 1400 LX (SOLD)

I find working on my motorcycle mildly therapeutic when I'm not cursing.

Parts fiches are, indeed, a good resource, but also somewhat limited. For example, for the '83 model year, Suzuki went to blacked-out engines. Same parts as the '82s, but different color. They got a different part number, even though they would fit.
