I don't recognize it.
I have been looking at, and dealing with, fairings of all types since about 1978, and have not seen that. If it's a frame-mounted device, it would be a nice, smaller alternative to something like a Vetter. It appears to have a decent amount of coverage, without being large and overpowering. The trick would be mounting hardware. If hardware is included, it likely won't fit a GS, but might give a pattern for something that can be fabricated.
