I searched for over year to find decent GK seat (black) on eBay. Even not so good ones sell for 150 or more.

your other option will be an 82 or later 1100g seat. Is shaped different but will fit. I had opportunity to try that swap once. Those are a little bit more a a ailable.
i have seen credible folks on her say that an 850g seat is same as 1100g seat, but I don’t know that myself. Will have to take off the rear grab rail to fit between the GK trunk rack, I would think.

    is your seat pan okay???
i still have my original GK seat with rusted out pan but foam and cover is great. I have kept it because cover is actually better than what I got on bike .....
pm an email address if want to discuss further.

I could yack at you about some 82 GK have black seat (and bike solid color) and other 82 GK have two tone seat (and paint), if you don’t know, and would like to.
