    VM26 Fuel T

I have massive leaking from the stock T and carb to carb fuel connectors. These are likely the original ones and I thought I read (mistakenly I guess) that they will swell after you run gas into them.

    Well... no such luck.

What do you all use for replacements? i see the aftermarket O ring type. Seems like a much better system in general.

Z1 sell a very nice aluminum set although the o-rings from Robert Barr fit better.

It's better that you soak the T in gas overnight when rebuilding. If the bike hasn't run in a long time, it may take a day or so to swell up. I'm still using the original rubber T on my 78, it can go for months without starting and not leak

I bought the Z1 T fitting and the two other tubes. They work well. About 3 years now and no problems. But, I couldn't get the o-rings to slip in. Much too large. I complained to Z1 and they said they fit, which is BS.
I bought the o-rings Robert Barr sells (or used to?) and his o-rings are perfect.
And on the seventh day, after resting from all that he had done,God went for a ride on his GS!
Upon seeing that it was good, he went out again on his ZX14! But just a little bit faster!
