I cleaned the carbs (ID 45110) following rigorously Nessism procedure; Gunk dip, etc.
All stock parts. Stock jetting. (see picture 1)
Before I reassemble the whole thing, I have a couple of questions.
Q1. Pilot fuel jet 4 and Pilot Screw 2 slots are damaged (see pictures 2, 3). Should I dare to reinstall them anyway?
Q2. If not, what brand and source would you suggest (Keyster Kit?) since OEM doesn't seem available anymore.
Q3. All four aluminium carb body plugs popped up in the cleaning process (see picture 4). Do they need to be glued or pressed fit in some way or I just leave them sitting there?
Q4. Shall the slides lubricated before reinserting them? With what?
Q5. After such cleaning, at which position shall the main (between carb 2&3) throttle ajustement screw positioned: all retracted, slightly opening the throttle valve?
