    Needle & seat o rings

Had to replace the needle & seats, while waiting till they came from japan I put in some nitrile o rings, after 3 months they degraded & the bike started to back fire, so now putting in the proper o rings & checking the float levels.

Nitrile is the right material, but not all O-rings are created equal. Size is critical too; 1.6 x 7.1 works well.

After replacing the o rings the bike was still spluttering, it must be electrical I thought, so replaced the relay I had installed, info from here, fixed, yeah, ready for summer!

No. 3 float was a bit high, so after adjusting it the bike runs great, it was surging.
