    Alternative intake manifold rubbers/boots

Hey, just bought a 1980 gs1000g. Sadly the rubbers between the carb and the cylinder are, well, non existant. They have been repaired several times and are falling apart. Therefor i need some new ones. Sadly they seem to be really rare and hard to get from my country. Or very expensive.

Do anyone here know if there are any other intake boot (universal or from another bike) that fit the intake on the cylinder and the carb of the gs1000g 1980?

    Thanks in advance

    Tjena!

I just ordered a set of these for my -83. As far as I can tell the parts are the same.

13110-49101 (new number) were 44,- Euros each. The other ones 13120-49100 are discontinued but I found them in Ebay Germany for about 35,- Euros each.

You will also need the now O-rings between intake pipes and cylinder head.

      Hey!

So alright, they made a new version of it. However, i guess i still need 2x 13110-49101 and 2x 13120-49101 right?

Yes, those are the new numbers I was given at the dealer.

I searched Ebay with new and old numbers and found what I was missing.

I you haven't noticed it yet check your forum messages. I sent PM with a link to you.
