Seeking advice with rebuilding carbs with this exhaust
I just bought this bike, and this is the exhaust it had on it. I doubt this is the original exhaust, so from your experiences, how should I treat this exhaust when it comes to rebuilding my carb? Seeking advice with rebuilding carbs with this exhaust

A pipe like that will affect jetting needs inside the carbs.

I strongly suggest adding some sort of small slip on muffler to those pipes. I've also seen some inserts that go inside the pipes. One way or another, add some back pressure, and knock down some of the noise.Ed

I wouldn't really call that an exhaust, to be honest. Think of the bike as systems. you need an exhaust system, and need to match the carbs to that exhaust system. If you find out what was on there stock, you may be able to find something on EBAY that will get you on your way quicker.

It would probably help knowing the exact year, make, and model of the bike.
