I'm not sure what a GS750K is, but my guess, is that YES, they will fit. You may need to fuss with making a rear hanger is all.
Edit: on further thought, if those are for a 3rd generation 750, then I change my answer to maybe. Some further research is called for...Ed

I seem to remember a discussion a few years ago about the 4-valve 750s being shorter than the 2-valve 850s. "Shorter" being the distance from the exhaust ports to the oil pan. Your pipe will likely fit, but might hang a bit lower than you like.
I ride many bikes.
