Fuel tank breather vent hole, GS750?

    Hi All
I am aware that the GS750 fuel petcock runs with a vacuum from the carbs, but can anyone tell me if the fuel tank has a vent hole to prevent a vacuum building up inside and stopping the fuel flowing?

I am getting some engine problems and when I stop for petrol there is a big “hiss” when I remove the tank cap.

    Regards
    Adi

Good man, thank you. I thought there must be one. Bit odd though as the fuel tank cap I have was a brand new OEM cap I bought a year ago and hasn’t seen much use. I will give it a check over.

soak it in vinegar overnight then spray a lot of air up under the chrome cap. theres a chanell in there for air and compessed air will flush out what the vinegar breaks up.
