Okay this has to be the most amazing transformation I've ever witnessed.

Followed my Dynojet directions, at the default settings of 4 1/2 screws out on the air/fuel screw, 3 slots from the end on the needle, the 165 main, and I stuck with the 42 pilot jet over the stock 40, as most everyone agrees they were lean from the factory.

It pulls great through almost the entire mid range, with one little spot where it falls on its' face, which I'm pretty sure I can dial out with some more comprehensive work. I did NOTHING but set it up by the directions, and it's almost PERFECT.

Yes, I am amazed by the difference the DJ kit made. Looking forward to getting it all squared away soon.

The bike responds differently throughout the throttle. Quicker, smoother and seemingly faster.

    I just got schooled.

Where in the throttle band does it fall short? Mine says 5 turns on the screw. Odd..
The weather may also play a little factor.

      Congrats!!
I dont know about you but the kit was the best hunny bux I spent on my 850.

You will be rich on the idle mixture screws with the 4 or 5 turns out with the 42 pilot. I'd start at 2.5.
Where is the stumble? I always richened the needle one notch (lower the clip) via the DJ directions.
The transaction from the pilot citcuit to the needle may be rich with so many turns out on the mixture screw and the larger pilot.
