You wanna race it or road use it?

If you want a fast reliable road bike, stick with the VM26's. I'm still running them on my small port 850 running 900cc. Great range of torque and ample top end combo. Hard to replicate with bigger ports and larger carbs.

If you're planning on racing it, go for BB kit, bigger carbs, later 850 big bore ports, cams etc, etc.:) The road to hell is paved with good intentions......................................
