      Yes
The sixteen valve has a smaller main air jet so you probably won't run the stock main jets.

I sure didn't. I am trying to hunt them down and a gas tank, and complete headlight assembly to. What all do i need to the carbs so i can install them?

              Hi,

The GS1000 and GS1100 both use BS34SS carbs (1980+). But you will have to jet them for your bike. Check my website for the stock jetting chart. You should also replace the intake boots and O-rings. You should probably do a complete rebuild on the "new" carbs, dip them, and install an O-ring kit from http://cycleorings.com.

              Thank you for your indulgence,

You can get the intake manifolds & orings from any Suzuki dealer. Ray.

You can get the parts from Z21enterprizes.com or check Basecliff's site for the many links to part vendors. If you go to pods you will need to get a jet kit !!
